Once your design has been approved and printed, you can easily reorder the same artwork anytime without needing to resend files or restart the design process. This helps ensure consistency and saves time for repeat orders, whether for business, events, or team apparel. If any updates or changes are needed in the future, our team can also assist with revisions if required.

Yes, we can still help you, even if you don’t have the original design file. At TechGraphx, we understand that sometimes clients only have a screenshot, photo, or a low-resolution version of their design. While this is not ideal for print quality, our team can often work with what you have and recreate or rebuild your artwork to make it print-ready. Please note that any file reconstruction, redesign, or cleanup may require an additional design fee, since our graphic designers will need to professionally rebuild your artwork to meet proper print standards such as 300 DPI resolution, CMYK color mode, and correct formatting. If your file is not print-ready, we will review it and let you know the best option to move forward—whether that is using your current file as-is or having our team recreate it for the best possible print result. Our goal is to ensure your final product looks clean, sharp, and professional, no matter what file you start with.

At this time, we do not offer physical print samples before production. At TechGraphx, every order goes through a detailed proofing process where you will receive a digital mockup for review and approval before anything is printed. This ensures you have the opportunity to carefully check your design, including layout, spelling, colors, and placement, before production begins. Once approval is given, your order moves directly into production to maintain fast turnaround times and ensure efficiency.
